Prescriptions

It’s fast and easy to get your prescriptions filled at Lantz’s Pharmacy!
Most Prescriptions are filled within 15 minutes.

New Prescriptions - choose the method you and your doctor prefer!
Your doctor can email us your prescription using SureScripts.
Your doctor can fax your prescription to us.
Your doctor can call us with your prescription.
You can bring us the written prescription from your doctor.

Refills
During regular business hours, call our Pharmacy staff and speak to a real person to request your refill.

After hours, call and leave a voice message including your name, prescription number and medication name. Your prescription will be ready early the next day.

If your refill has expired, we will contact your doctor for authorization

Prescription Transfers
Transferring your prescriptions from another pharmacy to Lantz’s is quick and easy. We’ll take care of it for you, just ask!

Medicare Part B & D Supplies

Lantz’s Pharmacy is Nationally Accredited by the American Board of Certification to dispense and bill Medicare Part B & D for your diabetic supplies, diabetic testing strips, lancets and other Medicare Part B & D drug supplies.

Adult Immunization

Lantz's Pharmacy offers vaccinations. Availability may be limited. Call today for your appointment.

• Shingles - Patient must be over 60 years old or have extenuating circumstances. For insurance purposes, patient must also have a doctor's prescription for this vaccination.
